Ride command
“Could we stop for a coffee on the way?”
Of course, Mr. Asif. That stop adds about four minutes of driving.
You drive for the hotel. Now the hotel's concierge rides in your back seat, and it greets the guest by name before your driver has left the kerb.

Who it is for
LIMI House Car is for the chauffeur company with a hotel contract. The hotel's guests already ride in your cars; now the hotel's concierge rides with them. The hotel gets a car that knows its guest. You get something no other car company can offer the hotel.
One concierge across the fleet, one desk for every request, and every change to a ride confirmed by your own people.
Its guests looked after from the airport, in its name, in a car it already trusts.
Greeted by name, answered out loud, and left in peace when that is what they want.
Where it earns its place
The guest is greeted by name and told how far the hotel is. The brief your office entered is already in the car.
The car is on the board with its ride, its position and the guest's name.
A coffee, a pharmacy, a shop. The stop is quoted in minutes of driving, on the map, before anything is promised.
The request arrives pending. Confirm it and the route changes; decline it and the guest is told what is possible.
Is the pool open tonight? Answered from the hotel's own facts, the way the hotel would answer it.
Nothing to do.
A car at 7 tomorrow, please. Taken in the back seat, in the guest's words.
A return pickup request, pending. A person confirms it, and marks it complete once the car is arranged.
It speaks when spoken to. The guest can mute it or put the screen to sleep.
A car on the board like any other.
When the ride ends, the screen resets. The last guest's ride leaves with them.
End the ride, start the next. The next guest meets a clean screen.
How your office runs it
The desk is a board, not a form. Your people see what needs a decision and make it; the rest looks after itself.
Ride command
“Could we stop for a coffee on the way?”
Of course, Mr. Asif. That stop adds about four minutes of driving.
Each car with its position from your tracker and the ride it is on.
In the guest's words, pending, confirmed or complete. A person decides, and the guest hears only what has been confirmed.
Started when the guest is collected, ended at the door. The screen resets for the next guest.
Each office sees its own cars and its own requests, and no one else's.
The car, an iPad mounted in the back, a tracker on the car, and the hotel's facts as the hotel wants them told.
The concierge, the desk, the voice, the map and the routes.
Why it pays
Offer the hotel what no other car company offers it: its own concierge, in its own name, in your car.
No calls to the hotel from the wheel, no explaining a route change, no negotiating a stop. The guest talks to the car; the driver watches the road.
Every change to a ride is confirmed by your people before the guest hears of it. The route, the stops and the return pickup stay yours.
Your office sees the request, not the conversation. The screen resets between guests.
The same concierge in every car; each office with its own cars and its own requests.
Start
A demonstration ride in one of your cars, then a pilot on one hotel contract. You bring the car, the iPad in the back and the tracker; LIMI brings the concierge and the desk.
Register a car for a pilotToday the concierge listens and speaks in English. Other languages, a driver's app and scheduling from the booking are the next steps, and they will be described here when they are real.
